The JUMA separator, equipped with a filtering fabric, is highly efficient at trapping chips and particles found in cutting fluids (lubricants) during manufacturing processes. Constructed from steel, it is ideal for filtering wastewater, making it a durable and reliable solution for industrial applications. This separator can be seamlessly integrated with wide belt grinders used in metalworking operations, ensuring cleaner fluids and enhanced operational efficiency.
Efficient filtration: Modular design for continuous operation
The JUMA separator efficiently traps chips and particles in cutting fluids using filtering fabric. It features a tank, with an optional stainless steel version for wastewater filtering, and a transmission system that moves the fabric. As impurities block the fabric, a sensor activates the motor to replace it with a clean strip, ensuring continuous filtration. The dirty fabric is collected separately, and the modular design allows for easy future upgrades.
